Cheesecake Failure

I have made many, many cheesecakes and never had one ooze off the plate when I took off the ring from the springform pan like this one did. Anyway...it tasted fine, but was not usable so I just set it on the counter until I figured out what to do with it. James had his own ideas of what to do with it. He has quite the sweet tooth. About 10 of them, actually!
